Return & Refund Policy
Please read through the contents of this policy carefully! By purchasing from us, you are acknowledging and agreeing our below terms and conditions:
Jewels4Ever ("Jewels4Ever", "us", "we", or "our") is the operator of (https://www.jewels4ever.ca) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Your satisfaction is of great value to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange, subject to our approval. Please read below, for more information on our return policy.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For instance, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
All return requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase. If your return request is approved, you must ship to the given return address within 7 days from the date your request is approved. All items being returned must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To return an item to us, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, to obtain a return authorization. After receiving the authorization, place the item in secure packaging and ship your return to the address provided in the authorization letter.
Jewels4Ever is not responsible for return shipping costs. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 27 Queen St. E, Suite 202, Toronto, ON M5C 2M6.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange, if the returned item meets all the requirements of our policy. The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of initial shipping. We strongly recommend that you use trackable method to ship your return.
Please allow 30 days from the date if receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email when your return has been successfully processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Damaged merchandise
- Used merchandise
- Gift Cards
